The scholarly article that I talked up, showed me that almost every romantic comedy has some type of romantic ideal associated with it and that younger couples are somewhat influenced by the romantic ideals that were shown in those types of films.

In almost all romantic movies, it is often seen that the hero accidentally gets a view of the actress in a perfect candid shot and he instantly falls for her. No such things exist in real-life.
