    As well as paying online, you can also pay by direct debit, standing order, over the telephone, by cheque, or at any outlet displaying the PayPoint logo.

    You have a choice of four dates - the 1st, 10th, 20th or 28th of each month, and you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your bank in the unlikely event of anything going wrong. You can set up a direct debit using the link above.

    To pay by standing order you can fill in our form, or email us to ask for a form and send it to your bank or building society. You should set your payment date for five days before the due date shown on your bill. This will ensure the payment is received and put on your account on time.
