All orders should be picked up from the Customer Service desk. Please reference your pickup notification email for specific pickup location details. When you come to pickup your order, look for the designated "Buy Online, pickup in Store" parking spots near the front of the store.

While we try to stock as many products at all times in our stores, from time to time certain items may become unavailable. Certain colors, styles and sizes change frequently, so check back often or try another store location to find the item you are looking for.
Once the order is marked as Ready for Pickup, a charge will be made. If you place an order with Free Store Pickup and have items being shipped to you, you may see multiple pending transactions. Once an order is placed using the Free Store Pickup option, there are two options available to cancel the order. You can wait 7 days for the order to automatically be refunded in the system, or you can use the "Ask Us" button on this page for assistance.
Unfortunately once an order has been placed for Free Store Pickup, you are unable to update the location to be picked up at a different store location.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Free Store Pickup orders placed after 1 p.m. local time Sunday, December 24 will be ready Tuesday, December 26 after 1 p.m. Check your notification email for holiday store hours. To receive text notifications when your order is ready, add your mobile phone number during checkout.

Your order will be held for seven days. We’ll send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled. We understand that things happen and you may not be able to pick up your order within the 7 day pickup window.
