This episode was great and it's largely left in-tact. Jericho and Claire steal the show and it does end with the Angels working for Division and taking the Doctor. Episode 5: Survivors of the Flux. The Doctor is missing for most of the episode. Cold open. 2021, the Flux is ravaging across space.
Some of these feel like padding just to hit the number of 100. But yes, there's many plotlines to be wrapped up in just a single episode. I predict another exposition heavy episode where no one really does much, especially not the Doctor.
For a few reasons. My main theory is that everything seems to be trending back to the Doctor's time on Gallifrey and her childhood, and how she became who she is. I think some time in series, we're gonna visit her "home" and someone will name drop Lungbarrow and that'll be the explanation we get.

Final Thoughts: Flux overall was an enjoyable adventure, and by far the most ambitious who was been since Trial of a timelord. About 80% of it was great, but the ending was a huge let down. Dan is a great new companion and it's by far Chibnall's best. It was issues but overall I'd recommend it.
