I purchased a dining room table for Eureka in July 2023, and it was delivered to a storage unit (as eureka did not deliver to my suburb) in October 2023. We hired heavy lifting equipment & a specialized van to collect the goods.

In Jan 2024, Eureka agreed to replace my product but that I need to return my existing table to the storage unit. The table weighs over 120kg.
