(for the sake of simplicity, I'm going to refer to Valiant, pre-buyout as VEI, and Valiant, post-buyout as DMG) Yea, good question. DMG took over in March 2018, officially. I don't want to get too into detail (because I don't fully understand this stuff), but basically, DMG owned a certain amount of shares.

I probably wouldn't tell any fan to stop reading entirely, but I think it's important to distinguish when VEI ends and DMG begins. VEI (Valiant Entertainment Inc, ran by Dinesh Shamdasani) refers to 2012-mid2018. DMG refers to mid2018-present. The buyout occurred in January 2018, and the first wholly DMG produced issue came out in November.
Jan 24, 2019 · I was introduced to Imperium after reading it was on a list of best comic series list. Fell in love with it. Was pleased to find it it was part of a bigger universe in valiant comics. That was several months ago. I wanted to read the entire library from the beginning, but I could not find a reading order before 2012.

I've read Harbinger 0-14 and Bloodshot 1-13, plus the 4-part Harbinger Wars miniseries. I own all of the Harbinger series through 25, which include Blood Monk 0, and the 3-part Harbinger Omega Wars. I also own the rest of Bloodshot through 25, including Bloodshot 0 and H.A.R.D. Corps 0.
