When i plug it in, i get a pop up in the corner saying "device detected, initializing access" but after that nothing happens. Does anyone have a solution?

Aug 11, 2018 · It doesn’t show up in iTunes nor the file explorer and in device manager it’s shown as unknown device with a yellow exclamation mark next to it (going to the properties tab, it says “a request for the usb device descriptor failed). The iPhone doesn’t even charge when connected to the computer.
