Many sites might have content embedded on their websites. For example, Youtube videos are often embedded on other sites (like tutorial sites) and won't normally be blocked. This setting can be used to prevent this.
Cold Turkey is incredible though. I particularly like how you can make disabling a block harder. For example, I locked my "Distracting Websites" block with needing to type 75 characters of random text to disable it.
