I used to use browser add-ons to block websites and would frequently find myself disabling them "just to check this one page" then binging on scrolling. Cold Turkey is incredible though. I particularly like how you can make disabling a block harder.

Cold Turkey actually has a setting to block time changes. I was able to get Cold Turkey to finally work for me by scheduling block timers for, at first just a week long so I couldn't change the settings at all.
