Jun 24, 2012 · Have a 347 Stroker with Cobra valve covers and Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap intake - Car has a valve cover (VC) breather on the passenger side that twists in. The Driver side has a similar breather with a nipple and vacuum hose to the air cleaner (photos of caps below).
Jun 24, 2004 · My friend is doing a 347 stroker in a 1994 gt and wants to upgrade the factory valve covers to a taller ones. He has a 347 with tfs heads and a .560 intake / .570 exhaust cam roughly. He has the holley system max upper intake and a 1" spacer and has the trick flow valve covers.

Dec 15, 2009 · Checking in to see if anybody has run stock stamped steel valve covers on a healthy 302 or similar. I have a 347 with AFR heads, steel body full roller rockers and a 575 lift cam. I just ordered a 65 style vintage design steel valve cover and wondering if they will clear.

Jul 3, 2004 · They need more crank case venting than stock small blocks due to the long rods and excessive crank case pressure. As a result of this you need to provide good venting on the valve covers (rocker arm covers).
