I heard that games take place in an alternate timeline. Yeah, I'd rather believe that the Alien Force Video Game is canon to the series. Mainly cause the story was actually really solid from what I remember, and had one of the best plot twists I've ever seen.

I'd say to make it about teen Ben, and have a mostly open world structure. Story wise, I'd say to introduce a new villain who turns Bellwood into a giant shapeshifting arena via special towers that mutate the city into different biomes.
