Both characters were self-proclaimed kings of the neighborhood, so they never would've clicked together. If they ever shared the same space, there'd be an immediate power struggle to determine who was in charge.

Riff-Raff wears a white and pale blue flat cap with a matching pale blue scarf. He is usually seen with a cane and a confident attitude. Riff-Raff has light orange-brown fur with a black nose.
Voice Actor
Riff-Raff is voiced by Stanley Jones, who is also known for voicing Milkman and Wordsworth. In the French version of the show called Les Entrechats, Riff-Raff was voiced by Patrick Poivey.
