Tiffin has a large Sixth Form of about 500 students, including approximately 40% who are new to Tiffin from other schools, and we welcome applicants for Sixth Form places from boys and girls who will achieve good GCSEs.

Jul 19, 2024 · Tiffin School is a selective school. This means that your child will need to take the 11 plus exam to be eligible for a place. At Tiffin School, the 11 plus is a two-stage process. Boys who perform well in the stage one exam are shortlisted for the second stage.
Tiffin’s main intake is at 11 plus (year 7) while a number of boys join in year 9, usually from local (and not so local) prep schools. Boys sit GCSEs and should they continue through to the Sixth Form (which also takes on a small number of joiners each year), A-levels.
