can someone please update this mod for 1.12.2 . I don't have the experience with java necessary to do this although it seems a manageable task. I have loved this mod for some time now and others have too but every single video on youtube or link on google is clickbait.
you don't have to sit on the pilot's chair for your ship to hover or move with the VW mod for the latest version. you can run around your ship while driving it using redstone and their aircraft engines. everything on the ship still works from stoves to pistons even when its moving and when your off and about.
OpenBoatUtils is a client mod that gives server plugins an interface to modify boat physics. If you want to play with modified physics, you can join servers that support OpenBoatUtils (like frosthex.com and mc.boatlabs.net, where certain tracks have modified physics), or you can test the mod with commands in singleplayer.
Nov 12, 2022 · Since Minecraft does not support custom boat models then we have resorted to unconventional methods to get what we want! We sacrifice the oak boat as we make it invisible and replace it with a custom item model (that is held by an invisible villager). BOATS NEED TO BE SPAWNED IN WITH COMMANDS!
