You actually work one on one with someone already working in the film industry and get hands on experience and make connections for future gigs.
You should make a formal complaint to the company concerned to explain your dissatisfaction and seek to reach a resolution to your problem. If you feel that your complaint has not been adequately resolved it can then be brought to our attention.
