   What happens if a game is cancelled by District 9?

   • District 9 will direct $200.00 of the cancellation fee to the other team/association involved in the cancelled game. The remaining $100.00 will be retained by District 9 as a fine for the cancelled game. In the case of a double forfeit, both teams/associations involved will be fined $100.00.
