Dinotopia was a television series which lasted only one season. It ran from November 28, 2002 until August 17, 2003. It was a continuation of the miniseries. It was cancelled after the first 6 episodes, however, all 13 episodes were broadcast. All 13 episodes were later released on a 3-DVD disk set. Season 1 ended on a cliffhanger.

Dinotopia is an American television series based on the series of illustrated books of the same name by James Gurney, in which three Americans have crash-landed a plane and found themselves on a remote uncharted island inhabited by people and dinosaurs.

S1.E2 ∙ Making Good. Catrone, the leader of the gang that found the artifact, realizes that he can now control T-Rexes and goes mad with power. Only his deputy, Le Sage, stands up to him. Marion and David must rescue Karl and his father, then save Dinotopia.
