  2. As for the film and its changes, the early scripts progress from similar to the novel and eventually move more into King Kong / Lost World territory. I think by middle portion they mean Sarah coming to the island and the general scientific study of the animals which we just don’t get at all.

    Filming

    On November 11th and 12th, filming took place at the Media Centerin Burbank. On December 6th, filming took place at Mayfair Catholic Girls School. Production wrapped on December 20th, 1996.

  4. I really wish if someone could re-visit the The Lost World book and also the scripts that were never shot, all which could made out of a new movie based on it. That book has got some really cool suspenseful horror sequences.
