This is a list of episodes for the television series Kojak. The first five seasons (Pilot + 118 ep.) were aired on CBS from 1973 until 1978. CBS also commissioned a pair of TV movies in 1985 and 1987. ABC revived Kojak in 1989 for five additional TV movies, the last of which aired in 1990.

In 1989, 65-year-old Telly Savalas reprised his role and once again hit the streets of New York to make some new Kojak films for the ABC Mystery Movie. Kojak was now an Inspector and his assistant was Winston Blake.
This new season has a new update of the theme, adding, noticeably, harp runs to the opening and closing of the theme, but this episode drops it and uses the arrangement from the prior season. "Out of the Shadows"

Nov 8, 2021 · Seasons two and three the show was in the top twenty. The show had decent ratings the fourth season, but it declined for the fifth season which is when it was canceled. Two CBS movies were made later–Kojak: The Belarus File in 1985 and Kojak: The Price of Justice in 1987. In 1989 ABC tried to revive the series again with five more movies.
