Left feeling robbed by incompetent customer service. Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Staff are completely incompetent and give inaccurate misleading information. I purchased a pair of trainers which came in an incorrect size.

Check reviews and chat pictures before buying anything. What we got waa great quality and identical to the originals minus the inside tags. Delivery can take a while.
All 3 products I have ordered from DHGATE have proven to be a scam – fake tracking ID’s where the seller uses the tracking ID of someone else’s parcel also going to NZ. All 3 parcels have been addressed to other people, and delivered to other addresses far from us.
DhGate is absolutely a horrible place to waste your money!. The customer service is none existent... I don't think I've ever had a worst customer service or shopping experience.
