Delete a Yahoo account that you're no longer using. Find out how to terminate your account and what you need to do beforehand, and how to reactivate a deactivated account.
Sign in to the Yahoo Account Security page. Click Add email or Add phone number. Enter your new recovery info. Click Add email or Add mobile number. Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your new info. From most Yahoo mobile apps: In the upper left, tap your Profile icon. Tap Manage accounts. Tap Account info. Tap Security Settings.

- Permanently Deleting Accounts: Go to the Yahoo account deletion page. In a web browser type "https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user" in the address bar and press "↵ Enter".

Nov 16, 2016 · To delete your account, head to the Terminating Your Yahoo Account page. Sign in with your Yahoo account details if you haven't already. You'll be warned that you'll lose access to all the data associated with your Yahoo account, including any paid services associated with it.

Aug 10, 2023 · Want to try to recover a deleted account? Visit the Yahoo account recovery page. Enter your Yahoo email address for the deleted account in the text box. Then click Continue. If the account is gone and unrecoverable, you should see a message from Yahoo that tells you that account is not recognizable.
