Nov 11, 2022 · The Bible does not directly address the idea of time travel, at least not the type of time travel commonly featured in science fiction. Scripture indicates that each person has an appointed time of death (Hebrews 9:27) and that his days are known by God before they happen (Jeremiah 1:5; Acts 17:26).
This seems to indicate a sense of time in heaven and a need to wait for something in the future. How do we explain this in the light of what we have just seen regarding time and eternity? The explanation, of course, is that John, who sees all this, is still a man living in time and space on earth.
