The new European Standards EN 13814 series represents a step forward in the “state of the art” of safety of amusement rides. This development consolidates the best practices developed over the last 13 years, representing another significant step toward global harmonization.
AMUSEMENT RIDES SAFETY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2020. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Amusement Rides Safety Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations: Citation and commencement.
3.1 The Scheme Document shall be used to define the terms and conditions of registration under the Schemeof RIB’s performing inspection and cert ification of amusement devices, which must be accepted prior to inclusion on the ADIPS register.
