Inspection Program: State inspects all amusement rides at permanent amusement parks annually. Portable rides are inspected every time they're moved. Additionally, state inspectors perform surveillance of amusement rides during the year to ensure that the rides are being operated in accordance with state law.

A rider shall: a. obey the reasonable safety rules posted in accordance with law and oral instructions for an amusement ride issued by the owner or the employee of the owner, unless: (1) the safety rules are contrary to law or rules, or.
