  3. Jun 4, 2021 · Summary. Some solid performances notwithstanding, Death in Texas can’t find the quality to match its aching sincerity. This review of Death in Texas is spoiler-free. I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw such a silly movie take itself quite so seriously.

  4. Wonderful movie with a true to life story set in El Paso, TX. Ronnie Blevins does an excellent job portraying Billy, a troubled man who, despite his time in jail, loves his Mom and is willing to go to great lengths to help her.
