Daybreak is a master-planned community of over 4,000 acres (16 km²) located in South Jordan, Utah. Daybreak was originally owned by Kennecott Land but as of 2024 was being developed by the Larry H. Miller Company.

Daybreak, Utah is a planned community located just outside of Salt Lake City. It has received a lot of attention in recent years due to its sustainable design and focus on community living. But like any place, there are both pros and cons to living in this unique neighborhood.
I have three family members that live in daybreak and they seem to like it, all three are single/one with a kid. All are non Mormon/ ex LDS, and none are swingers or wives of any kind. One loves the amenities and uses the rec center and classes there.
