  1. Apr 21, 2022 · 22 April 2022 at 8:16AM. We bought a David Wilson Homes house new 3 years ago. We love it. We had some minor snagging in the first 12 months that you get with pretty much any new build but on the whole it is a nice, well built solid house. The layout suits us very well.
