David Joseph Margulies (February 19, 1937 – January 11, 2016) was an American actor. He is known for his role as the Mayor of New York City in Ghostbusters (1984) and Ghostbusters II (1989), and his recurring role as Neil Mink on The Sopranos (2000–2007).
Margolies was also charged with attempted murder for hire of David Blejwas, the attorney representing John P. Maguire and Co., the fraud victim. His former attorney, Henry Oestericher, testified under immunity that he had been the go-between.
