Can I purchase tickets at the museum?
Timed tickets are encouraged for entry. Purchase yours onlinein advance of your visit. All visitors must proceed through a security checkpoint, which includes being wanded with a magnetometer. Once inside, members and advance-ticket buyers may proceed directly into the museum galleries after having their tickets scanned.

Is it safe to visit the museum?
The Guggenheim cares about your health and safety, however COVID-19 is very contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure in any public environment. Those visiting the museum do so at their own risk of exposure.

The coat check is located on the ground floor and is free with admission. You must present your admission ticket prior to checking any items. Is there a place to eat at the museum?
Café Rebay (open Monday–Friday, 11 am–4 pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 11 am–5 pm) serves pastries and chocolates, fresh sandwiches and salads, as well as Lavazza coffee, tea, wine, and beer. The Wright restaurant is temporarily closed; outside food and drink are not permitted, except personal water bottles.
