The Sunken Gardens opened back in 1916 with pristine landscaping, colorful flower beds, and eye-catching fountains. Oct 25, 2016 · The park is located by Fredrick Douglas IPS School 19. This is a very nice park, having went through an extensive renovation last year. It has preety much everything you would want in a kids park. The park is actually in 2 parts, one in the front of the school and the other and much larger part in the back of the school.
