Boats with trailers must launch from the 42nd St. Boat Ramp (on Dandy Trail, south of the Eagle Creek 56th Gatehouse). There is a $5 daily launch fee, or yearly passes are available from the Park Office, M-F 9am-5pm. Contact the office as well for more information about mooring rentals and winter boat storage at Eagle Creek.
This park is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, has an outdoor pool and sprinkler area, outdoor sand volleyball pit, a walking path around the whole park (with benches and trash bins all along it, very clean) plenty of parking, many areas to picnic at tables, and on Thursdays has a food truck from 6-8:30 on the St.Clair side (in front of little parking area).
