For vaccinated people , masks are not required. Unvaccinated people are highly encouraged to wear masks. In addition to closing on Mondays and Tuesdays, the Indiana State Fair will also provide over 500 hand sanitizing stations and hand washing stations around the fairgrounds. According to the Indiana State Fair website, the fair is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays this year to “allow for a refresh of campus” as a COVID precaution.

There are several parking locations including in the Fairgrounds Infield, South Lot (38th Street) and at the Indiana School for the Deaf (42nd Street). Accessible parking is located in the southwest corner of the infield adjacent to the walk tunnel and the South Lot. Parking is $8 in advance or $10 at the gate.

Midway tickets are $1.50 each. You can buy a wristband which is valid on unlimited rides, but you can only use them on Wednesdays, Fridays, and the last day of the fair.
