Mr. David Isaiah Carswell, 72, of Tampa entered rest on Tuesday, April 20th, 2021. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday May 1st at 12:00 Noon at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Cedric Carswell, officiating.
