Blicher Hemmer Gadd - A Music documentary Award-winning saxophonist Michael Blicher, Hammond wizard Dan Hemmer and legendary drummer Steve Gadd joined forces in 2014 to celebrate their shared love for Hammond-organ soul jazz.
In the past 15 years, Blicher has worked with Hammond organ player Dan Hemmer, renowned for his exceptional ability to make both the music and his fellow band members shine. Through an event organized by JazzDanmark, Blicher had the chance to meet and perform with drummer Steve Gadd, who immediately shared Blicher’s passion for soulful music.
