The items were delivered free of charge, and old items recycled (also free of charge). The items were delivered within two days, tracked and delivered within the time scale.
May 15, 2020 · Their website suggests typically they only offer a 12 month guarantee - and this a repair rather than replace service, I have no additional warranty. I thought that despite Brexit the 2-year rule was still in place but I don't really understand the details and I know many stores offered 1 year warranty despite the 2 year rules previously.

Mar 19, 2017 · 19 March 2017 at 9:11PM. I've got the currys five year care plan on our cooker. I've never had to use them for a repair yet. But I am certain that they would stick to the terms and conditions of the scheme. For the cooker you do get a clean every year for the 5 years and I used it for the first time last November.

Nov 25, 2014 · Currys don't have a duty of care to your mum. They can't inform the customer of every requirement the customer might have and what would be suitable. Currys most certainly do have a duty of care to their customers. I think there is a fair chance in small claims court, on the basis that: a) the purchaser has injured themselves on the oven.
Nov 19, 2014 · When I first spoke to Currys customer services on Monday 20th October the representative said I could go to the store and they would let the manager know to exchange the cooker and they would install the new cooker for free.
