S6.E1 ∙ Meet the Blacks. Sun, Sep 9, 2007. Larry's trick to avoid a party backfires on him and Cheryl, infuriating her. To make amends, he agrees to take in the Black family who lost their home in Hurricane Edna.
An African American family named the Blacks is displaced by Hurricane Edna and end up moving in with Larry and Cheryl; plus, Larry invents the perfect excuse for missing parties, gets into a conflict with a dry cleaner and steals flowers from a car-crash memorial.
