The mission of Cubberley K-8 School is to meet the educational needs of a diverse population by providing an academic program that reflects high expectations, community and parental involvement, cultural awareness and pride, and responsible citizenship.
Cubberley became a K-5 school during the 1990-91 school year, when sixth grade was added to the middle schools (formerly known as junior highs). Cubberley Elementary School began the conversion to a K-8 school in the 1994-95 school year, with the addition of sixth grade.
In middle school, we offer Accelerated Courses in ELA, Math/Algebra, History, and Science. STEM Programs. Cubberley has (1) Middle School Elective Technology lab and (2) STEAM Labs: one serving elementary students, the other for middle school students.
Cubberley Elementary School PTA was founded with one purpose - to engage the Cubberley Community by providing a welcoming, vibrant, collaborative environment.
