The body of a man involved in recovering sunken treasure is discovered pinned to the wall of his new cabin cruiser by a bloody spear fired from a spear gun at close range.
The victim had discovered a large sunken treasure, however another boat captain, Marty Jones, plotted to kill him and frame the Cuban drug dealers the dead man was working for.
