This report sets out the NCARRB’s analysis of evidence given by relevant organisations and makes recommendations on the pay and allowances of NCA officers designated with operational powers from 1 August 2021. The government responded to the report in Parliament.

Police pay is now determined through the Police Renumeration Review Body which has replaced the Police Negotiating Board (PNB). Evidence based submissions will be provided to the PRRB by all sides (including PFEW & the Home Office) for them to decide the following year’s pay arrangements.
