When I look at the sony Spider-Man (Spider-man 1. into the spider-verse, tasm, etc...) movies wiki pages, Marvel Entertainment, and Marvel Enterprises are credited in "Production companies". Why is that? aren't they purely made, produced, and distributed by Sony Pictures?
