Edward Zwick's Courage Under Fire is an underrated & solid Rashomon-style military procedural, also this is Hollywood's first film about the Gulf War. The movie touches on some significant humanistic aspect and tackles such themes as grief, PTSD and the aftermath of trauma, tho it's bit predictable and they could’ve avoided that Hollywood-ish happy ending.
