  2. Log in - step 1. Choose how you'd like to log in. You can use your customer number or your card number. Customer number. This is your date of birth (DDMMYY) followed by your unique identification number. Forgotten your login details? Card number. Remember me. What does this mean? Not an online user? Sign up here.
