   What happened to the chair at Conn's?

   • We contacted Conn's regarding a problem with our chair and they sent out a service person. The service person examined the chair and told us he'd order a part and contact us to schedule its installation. However, we received an email stating that the claim was denied, as the chair was supposedly in working order.

   Apr 9, 2020 · I have lost food in the freezer and fridge 3 times. They have been out 3 times already and ordered parts the last time and scheduled an appointment to come back and attempt to fix the problem. I have reported them to the better business bureau. The worst customer service and repair service there is. I will be purchasing a new refrigerator.
