- Alicia Silverstone as Cher Horowitz. Following her role as the iconic teenager Cher, Silverstone went on to star in films and TV shows such as Batman and Robin (1997), Vamps (2012) and Suburgatory (2012), which brought her back into contact with her Clueless costar Jeremy Sisto.
- Stacey Dash as Dionne Davenport. The seemingly ageless Dash reprised her role as Dionne for the Clueless spinoff sitcom, which ran from 1996 to 1999.
