In 2012, O'Doherty's stand-up show The Telescope was nominated for Best Comedy Show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She appeared in a number of podcasts, including Comedy Bang! Bang! (2012), and TV shows such as Problems (2012) and Inside Amy Schumer (2013) for which she also wrote some material.

Jul 5, 2013 · Channel 4 has launched three more online mini-series under their Comedy Blaps brand. The first episodes of The Kronicles of Kirk, Claudia O'Doherty and Jamie Demetriou are all now online to watch. Each of the three new shows comprise of three episodes, each about five minutes long.
The thing with Jack the Ripper is: he's a killer, but everyone in England loves him, but is also scared of him, and they still don't know who he is. So Claudia O'Doherty has decided to do something the English could never be bothered to do, and solve the mystery of Jack the Ripper once and for all.
