Powered Up was the name of the sixteenth and final Clarkson home video release, as part of a series which would be released yearly through to 2011. It was filmed around the same time that Series 18 of Top Gear was being filmed, though came out more than a month before the season premiered on BBC 2.
Clarkson: Powered up, is not only for pure car enthusiasts. Although it is advised to like cars whatsoever. Otherwise you get stuck in the more serious parts inbetween. The film has a lot of humor and funny quotes of mr. Clarkson himself. If you ever have seen the television show called Top Gear (UK) you would definitively know what I mean.
