Please call 718-595-7000 Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm or email us at customerservice@dep.nyc.gov and a Customer Service Representative will be there to assist you.
You can also use Internet kiosks and customer service telephones at the Borough Office to make payments using electronic fund transfers (EFT) or debit or credit cards. NYC Department of Finance Business Centers accept payments in person by cash, check, or money order.
