Oct 21, 2024 · October 21, 2024. UC’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) offers dozens of different general studies and arts elective courses in spring 2025. These credit-granting courses are open to all UC students and cover a wide range of topics including dance, movies and media, music and theatre arts!
In the event of inclement weather conditions, CCM will handle the cancellation of public events and performances as follows: if the University of Cincinnati is closed, all CCM performances and public events on that day will be cancelled. Access campus updates, including inclement weather-related notices, through the UC Alerts system.
The Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music was formed in August 1955 from the merger of the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, formed in 1867 as part of a girls' finishing school, and the College of Music of Cincinnati, which opened in 1878. [11] [12] CCM was incorporated into the University of Cincinnati on August 1, 1962. [13]
