Jan 26, 2016 · RX light level: RX dBm signal should be between -18 to -25 dBm. For example if the RX is -40 dBm that is indicating the port is not sending out any signal. One of the reasons could be because the interface is shutdown or the cable is faulty and no signal are being received on the interface.

Dec 3, 2020 · Seeing that the remote router is using DHCP to get its IP address on outside I wonder what is in the config of the ASA for this peer. Is there a crypto map entry for each remote router or is it doing some type of remote peer 0.0.0.0 so that it can receive multiple connection requests from different devices, which is frequently the case when the remote devices are DHCP?
Jan 12, 2024 · I found a vulnerability on my 4321 router regarding this: "The remote SSH server is vulnerable to a man-in-the-middle prefix truncation weakness known as Terrapin. This can allow a remote, man-in-the-middle attacker to bypass integrity checks and downgrade the connection's security." Anyone information on how to resolve this is greatly appreciated.
