With this build you can solo the entire act 1 (and possible the other acts when they got patched) on normal difficulty with 100% enemy damage and criticals. I did it with Magus and normal inquistor but the reloads get boring real quick.

Level 2 is the most disappointing level for a Sorcerer, since you get no new spells or feats. This build does give you access to UMD at this level however, so now you can use cleric scrolls if you really need to. Sorcerer 3: Mobility +2, Persuasion +1. Precise Shot.
